- Online access to all documents (leases, notices, rental payment history)
- Contact Property management via tenant portal
APPLICATION/APPROVAL Process: - $75 Application fee per Adult - Application fee is good for 1 year for ANY of our apartments. No need to re-apply if you change your mind on which unit you want or don’t get approved
- 24 Hours Approval: get approved in less than 24 hrs. All requested documents must be uploaded correctly (ID, Proof of income from the last 3 months: Bank Statements or Paystubs)
- Must Earn 2.5 times the rent (based on Net Income, not gross)
- Must have no previous Evictions or Criminal Records (DUI, misdemeanors might be accepted based on our criteria)
LEASINGS COSTS:
- Option 1: FIRST + LAST + SECURITY DEPOSIT Due to move in
- Option 2: FIRST + LAST ONLY Due to Move in.
Security Deposit due 90 days after Move In date (will be split in 3 monthly payments – 30 days after move in, 60 days after move in, 90 days after move in)
- $75 Non-refundable application fee per adult.
SHOWINGS: Showings are open house style, usually lasting a maximum of 30 min from the scheduled time
SCAMMING: We understand that you might be concerned with rental scamming as it can happen here in Florida. That is why we only accept online payments via ACH Bank Account or credit cards. By doing so you are protected from fraud, as you can always dispute any fraudulent charges paid digitally by disputing the charge directly through your bank.

· Cats and Small Dogs are allowed with Landlord consent. Restrictions may apply.
