Pretty good experience moving in, except that when I arrived with my things at 9:30 p.m. my gate remote did not work, so I had to wait until someone else happened to be leaving. It took two more remotes before I got one that worked. Other than that, it's been great and the few little items that needed to be tended to were taken care of right away and the apartment looks good.

What can I say? I have lived here for three years, and my experience at Balboa Court Apartments has been wonderful! The professionalism, friendliness, and caring shown by Israel, Anthony, Julia, Jorge, and Sergio have made my tenancy one of The Best places I have lived in SoCal! The tenants are also pleasant whenever we encounter one another going to/from respective apartments. Trash is picked up 2/3 times a week. Recycling bins are also provided and emptied regularly. I have not had any insects or vermin problems! It was common to see big rats in the fancy Woodland Hills parking structure, where I used to live, Thank goodness Balboa Court carports do not have those issues! I enjoy being able to receive packages safely by entering a code to retrieve them. Larger packages are left in the offices and tenants can easily walk there to pick them up. This is an added safety feature for not having packages intercepted by others! I also love fact that security cameras are installed, and I the gated parkinghallways and other areas are well-lit and set on timers. Every building owner does not offer these extra Safety features and I appreciate it very much. Attentiveness to property upkeep: grounds, trees, parking spaces, mailbox area, and maintenance work orders (as well as Emergencies) has been exceptional! Admittedly, I have had only one Emergency instance, which was handled right away! The repair was such that it was undetectable there was ever a problem. I appreciate all they do here and look forward to continuing my tenancy for years to come!

Been an awesome experience living at Balboa Court so far. Parking could be a little better, its not ideal if you have more than one car, but the manager Anthony has been incredible and I really like the maintenance staff. Please fix the grill by the pool though lol.
