As a college student who lives with 3 others, my experience in BayOak has been amazing. Utilities & rent are very affordable. Our appliances have been working great. I feel safe in or around the complex. Life is great here in BayOak. Many people in these reviews will say the same thing, mainly because it true; BayOak is a good apartment complex.

Bayberry-Oakbrook has been a pleasant place for me to live. I moved here from Kentucky and loved how affordable it is for a young professional. This is family-friendly place so anticipate kids being around but Ive met a few of the families and they are very respectful. Friendly neighbors as well. When I first moved in, the neighbor above me and across from me greeted me when I first moved and checked in the first couple of months to make sure I was doing okay. The office staff has been incredibly kind and accommodating for anything I needed. I am in the midst of getting a pet and they have been accepting yet informative about the process. Additionally, you can chat with them in the office space when theyre there. They know who I am when I walk in, which is rare for a complex. Lastly, the maintenance is fantastic. I believe its third-party but you put in a request and its addressed in no more than 48 hours after (sometimes a few hours after) and they give a good warning of when theyre coming in. Ive enjoyed my stay here and will be renewing for another year!

Lived here for two years, planning on at least two more. Maintenance is super helpful and always completes requests timely. Management is nice and worked with us well when we had a few issues signing our lease this year. The place is clean, kept up well, and affordable - both rent and utilities! Perfect for a college student budget, close to a park where I walk my dog, has a pool and small rec center. Plus in-unit laundry available! Looking for a roommate next year if you want to sign on with someone.

I've lived in these apartments for a couple of years now and I've really enjoyed the management and maintenance crew on site. They are very professional and friendly and take care of any issue as fast as they can. When my water heater broke they were very quick to replace it with a brand new one that they had delivered overnight. They have always been very accommodating and polite in every aspect. Overall I am very happy with where I am, they are even helping me get into a larger place that they also manage so that I can still be a part of their community!

I never have any issues with the maintenance team assisting me with issues in my unit. They're always courteous, nice, and quick to complete their work. I appreciate the fact they always call ahead of time for entry permission and keep me updated on time constraints if any, to make sure I am aware of everything that goes on. I appreciate this service living here in the community. Keep up the good work BayOak!
