I lived here in a furnished one bedroom apartment for 9 months. The staff are all professional, and helpful when needed, just not via email. I do not suggest this place if you are a working traveler and need some place furnished. The cost is too high for what they provide. In my opinion, the furniture looked nice but was extremely cheap and scary to use because the quality is so bad. They provided me with white towels and white bed sheets, white fabric shower curtains, cheap bathroom rugs that were all poor quality. Honestly, it felt like a set up. After so many washes the sheets and bathroom rugs were damaged. The stitching came loose and the fabric beaded up. It just looked horrible. The living room chair felt like a cardboard chair with fabric over it. They did not even have all the furniture ready and set up when I moved in. The couch had no legs for weeks, no end tables for weeks, no chairs for the dining side of the island for weeks, the area rug never came in. But sure enough had no problem charging me for new towels, rugs and such when I moved out. When I first moved in, I read previous reviews where people were billed for ridiculous reasons when they moved out so I was already paranoid living there worried constantly about damaging any of the cheap stuff provided. Im a traveler and did not have the room to bring my own bedding, towels, ect. I cant imagine the stress I would have if I had kids living with me and using this stuff. It is not worth $2,600 a month. Plus sending me an almost $200 bill to replace low quality things that had zero chance of surviving 9 months of use to begin with. Its a joke and they will scrape every last dollar they can out of you. Residence arent anything more than monthly check to them.

Where do I begin , well for starters "Ashley and Sammy are two individuals that Im thankful for, they took her time to make sure that I had the apartment that was right for my family and I, By them being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. As a military family moving is nothing new, but making a decision based off pictures and wishful thinking, Ashely and Sammy went out of their way to provide additional photos, informing me of my surroundings which assured me I was making the right choice. I could see my family actually living in a community such as this. The office/Maintenance staff is extremely accommodating and overall amazing. The Apartment complex is well kept and very quiet. No disturbances, Friendly Neighbors. Just absolutely wonderful.
