We are a pet friendly community and allow the following pets: dogs and cats, with some breed restrictions. Prohibited breeds or mixes include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not allowed. There is a limit of 2 pets per household. All pet owners must follow the leash law. We use a company called Pet Screening; you input your information and we take it from there! All applicants must complete a pet screening process prior to moving into the community, regardless of whether they have a pet or not. Applicants with pets must create a profile and provide requested information, while those without pets must create a profile and select the 'no pet' option. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information. For service or emotional pets, we require following Pet Screening steps to authentication and approval.
