My job is to help my clients find homes in MA, and Woodland Station Apartments is the first place I recommend to those who ask for homes in the Newton/Wellesley area. Apartments are well maintained and very up to date. When an unit is renovated, it looks brand new. I have visited and assisted my clients moves in many different apartment communities, and Woodland Station is by far my favorite to deal with. The leasing office team is exceptional. It is always a pleasure to work with Giovanni and Donna. I get 100 % positive feedbacks from those who moved into Woodland Station, and they say that the maintenance team is fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of living in Woodland Station apartments for a little more than two years. Hands down it was the nicest apartment and property I have lived in to date. Giovanni bent over backwards to help me with my initial move, moving units within the property and all the way through my moveout two weeks ago. Maintenance was also extremely helpful usually showing up within an hour during the pandemic when even something minor needed fixing. Of note, if you own an EV, you will be just fine at Woodland Station as many of the parking spaces allow you to plug into the wall.

My roommates and I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Woodland Station this past year. The management team (Giovanni & Donna) are exceptional and are a big reason this property runs so smoothly and is kept in the tip-top shape that it is. If theres anything you need, be assured that theyre all over it. I wish the neighbors were friendlier, most people here keep to themselves so much so that theyre incapable of saying hello when you pass by them, but on the other hand it means nobody bothers you. Overall its been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to friends and others looking for an apartment in the suburbs of Boston.
