There are blocks near this University that are have slightly higher crime rates on paper, but in general, when Brooklyn comes to mind, the most dangerous area is agreed to be the East New York, as well as Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, and Brownsville. Brooklyn is home to a vast array of annual events. From the Brooklyn Book Festival to the Great GoogaMooga food festival, there is a celebration for everything under the sun.
