Living in Avalon West Chelsea for the last year and a half has been a great experience! Clean building, spacious apartment, and friendly neighbors. The staff have been all around fantastic as well - always friendly, respectful, and welcoming. Craig and Joseph at the front desk always go above and beyond. I also appreciate that the building is very dog friendly.

Joseph always greets you with a smile. Kool is always in a great mood when he greets you late at night. All of them are great. Couldnt say enough good words about this wonderful crew!

I'm loving the Avalon West Chelsea! I moved in this past Fall and have felt so welcomed and taken care of. The entire staff is amazing, so warm, and very helpful with anything I've needed. Everyone who works at the front desk is very attentive and so friendly. The building is always clean and beautiful (lobby smells great too). The best part is all the cute dogs, and the bowl of dog treats in the lobby :). The building is in a great area, right by Hudson Yards with lots of great new restaurants. Highly recommend the Avalon West Chelsea if you're looking!
