Welcome to rip off city. Washer and dryers every other building you get 3 of each for this sized complex. You can charge the card, M-f , no holidays of course for 2.50 to wash and additional 2.50 to dry.. No assigned parking.. Molding leaky in ceilings, Wasp issues, and don't ask for maintenance, i have been waiting for a moldy spot to be repainted... Don't have Dana, offer her assistance... This is a BS line.. she has rehearsed it i imagine makes her feel good after saying it..but try and ask for something, there will be an excuse.. Also check out the fire marshal resport.. Strange fire Building 2... Hmmm same apartment.. Literally same apartment!!! Spend you money else where.
That fancy clubhouse...yeah you will pay for it first time you pay rent...hidden fees.. starting off at 300.00
Yeah and we can't yet enter due to building codes not yet approved... Yet paying renters can't even do laundry.....don't waits your money!!!!!!
