Living at Avenu at Natick has exceeded my expectations! For several years, I drove by almost daily and watched the development progress from inception to completion! When I put my house under agreement this summer, the hunt was on for a new home. After touring several properties in the area, I decided to book a tour of Avenu at Natick. By the end of my tour, I knew this was just what I was looking for in a new home! The staff has been absolutely terrific from the initial tour and leasing process, to the seamless move-in and all the daily activities! My apartment is brand new, comfortable and quiet. The facility is well maintained by a wonderful staff, who are very responsive to any inquiries or maintenance issues. It has been my home for over two months and I couldn't be happier!

Great place to live and work. I am their mail carrier and I love the place and the residents. It's beautiful, sophisticated and homy. The residents are always engaged in some fun activities promoted by management. Dawn, Donna, Ellen, Leslie and Bryant makes everybody fell welcome and go above and beyond. I would love to live in a place like this.

Im a year away from being able to live here, but just decided to walk in with my wife and take a peak. We were greeted by Donna Greenburg, who was so accommodating, pleasant and professional. Donna knew I didnt qualify at this time because of my age, but still took the time to show me and my wife around, which was so nice of her. If you are thinking about living here, DO NOT hesitate! The building is as nice as a 5 Star Hotel, and ask for Donna.

I'm a young 71 year old in the process of moving in to Avenu, and I'm delighted with all of the help, the kindness of the people in the office, and the maintenance staff. I've met many of the residents and they are extremely friendly. Avenu offers many activities that you can choose to be part of or not. There is no pressure and many different programs and ways to socialize. The building is secure with a gated garage, which is very important to me. It is conveniently located to all types of shopping. I am looking forward to using the pool in the summer.
