This East Nashville cottage is detached (no shared walls) and close to all the shops and restaurants. 1623-A Cahal Ave has a large open kitchen design and large living room with cozy gas fireplace. Lower level also has a half bath and a set of wooden cubbie/built ins for use as a mud room for easy organization. The large kitchen granite island is surrounded by a beautiful tile back splash, all stainless appliances (microwave, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher) and extra tall cabinets. The back door leads to a 400 sq ft large deck. Upstairs the home has a primary bedroom suite with an extra large walk in closet, large primary ensuite bathroom with double vanity, water closet, and large walk in tiled shower. The laundry (includes washer and dryer) is located in the hallway upstairs in between all the bedrooms. Additional full bath with tub/shower combo and two (2) more bedrooms.
15 month lease is preferred- a lease term that expires at the very beginning of 2028. Or a 12 month minimum lease but the owner is open to a 15 month lease. Tenant is responsible for connecting their own gas, water, electric and wifi.
ALL lawn and landscaping is included in the rent and performed by the HOA "Cahal Cottages" Trash is provided by Metro Public Works.
Income verification, rental history reference and credit and background check required. $70 application fee per person 18+ yrs old.
Pets ok if approved (MAX 2 pets), if pet rent ($35 per month) and a one time non refundable pet fee are paid at commencement of lease. Pet application $25.
