The office staff really rude!! First time call in for a maintenance and a lady just have a really bad actitud like it was not necessary for a good resident that always pay on time! And I really never call I do everything by online but that day I call and it was really bad actitud if she don't like her job please just leave! And find another job lady!! I always pay on time and rare complain so whatever is wrong with you is not my problem lady! Next time I won't just comment thanks

I am renting at this place and so far im very satisfied with the customers service they were very nice and professional, the apartments are spacious! Love the windows bring so much light inside also for the first week that i call the maintenance to change the light bolt on my bedroom they respond very quickly oh! The neighborhood really nice and quite and clean! so I totally recommend crosstimbers :)

I had good experience last year but recently after the management changed, the service and response is horrible. I had to visit leasing office 6 times to renew my lease. We had ants infestation and even though I reported personally at leasing office, the lady forgot to put my apartment on the list. The response is rude over phone and they just hung up when I tried to explain that I am reporting the infestation issue for the second time.

I have had the worst experience in this apartment leasing office. I am searching for a 1 bedroom apartment and have been to many apartment offices. So I have fair understanding on how prospect tenants are treated generally but in this place, I don't know what to call it. Let me narrate the three experiences I had here. First time I visited on a week day at 4:30pm after checking their website that they are open until 6pm. After gathering my details, when I told the leasing consultant that i would like to look at an apartment, she just said we don't show any apartments after 4.30 and I was surprised. When I asked the reason, she just said we just don't show it. Even after I told her that I took of early from office just to check your apartment and I came well within your operating hours and got the same answer. Then I told her if you guys had updated this on your website, I would not have come and wasted my time now and this does not make any sense and sounds crazy. Second time I visited on a Saturday to see the apartment. the same leasing consultant was there and she recognized me and said you were the one who said it is ridiculous to not show after 4:30. What is wrong with you? Is this how you welcome somebody? when I told her that I want to see an apartment. after taking the drivers license, she gave the apartment key and asked us to go, search for the building with little instructions from her and check my self and she can't come as she is the only one in office. I have no words to say. I had seen lot of apartments and even when one consultant is there in the office, they lock the office with a sign on the front door and show apartments to people. This shows how they treat people. Only reason I wanted to look here is because of the close proximity to my work place, floor plan and reasonable pricing. Today I stopped by again to find out where the few apartments that are listed on their website as available located in their community as the website does not have a site map. I wanted to know before I apply for them. The same consultant was there. She gave me the apartment numbers that are or will be available, then she asked me you are not going to go and knock on these tenants doors right? What the hell? Why would I do that? Is this how you treat people? I never had this kind of experience until now in my life. Stay away from this place.

These property managers go the extra mile to do a job half way. I have horrible carpet in my appartment which has a tear in it in the foyer. They have come to stretch it out 3 times now. I have asked for a carpet replacement since it is obvious after three times that the carpet needs to be replaced. The carpet got so bad that I ripped my heel on a nail sticking out of the carpet. Shouldn't this be obvious that a carpet stretching is not the answer?? THREE TIMES?!! Now we have a baby. He is going to be crawling around soon, and they know this. They do not care. Keep this in mind before signing a contract with Crosstimbers!

I lived here from January to August, 2010. They offer tons of space, everything was in working order, and I got a pretty competitive price. The staff was great and was as accommodating as they could be considering I encountered no major problems during my time here. I had no complaints about any neighbors or noise. Maintenance was prompt and courteous the one time I needed them (AC unit had a small leak). They will be my first call if I ever return to the area.

I moved to NC from NM, and I really enjoyed living at Crosstimbers. My one-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was larger than most apartment kitchens, and it had a dining room. The walk-in closet was great for storage. Crosstimbers is a good value for the money. The friendly rental office staff (Lori, Michelle, and Rose) went way behind the call of duty to be helpful to me. They are knowledgable and kind. In addition, the maintenance staff always promptly responded to the few maintenance issues I had. They are also friendly and helpful. In addition, this is a safe, quiet and clean community. My neighbors were all wonderful, and the grounds are meticulously kept. I had to return to NM, but if I am so fortunate to move back to NC, I would definitly live at Crosstimbers again.
