Our stay: air broke a few times last year. They patched it a few times before actually fixing it.
The breezeways arent kept too clean, especially when we had a lot of snow and ice.
These loud, super loud cars that go in and out. A lot of tenants here have added to their cars to make them annoyingly loud and wake us up in the night.
The traffic getting onto the main road and up is awful and they continue to build housing and apartments around here.
Its a nice place. I felt safe here and heard by the office. Again, Dustin is great!

Ive lived here for a year and half and during the height of the pandemic parking was fine. Over the last few months while units have all become occupied its a literal nightmare. At 9pm on a Sunday I shouldnt have to park six buildings away to find a spot. Behind my apartment complex there is between 4-6 project cars at all times. Some of them are not even driveable, in literal pieces. Between the project cars, the work vehicles, and the motorcycles there needs to be either parking passes or numbered parking. Its literally ridiculous one apartment can take 4-5 front spots. No one wants to walk 15 minutes to get to their apartment when its not even late out because all of the spots are used by excess cars.

I had somewhere to be and didnt have time to take a look at one but Ms. Hunter was very helpful and welcoming(: I would highly recommend this complex! It is so beautiful, I hope I get to move here. My lease isnt up for a couple more months but I plan on scheduling an appointment in the future for an actual tour(:

Lived here for a year and will be re-signing. Our neighbors are great. The demographic is mostly people 40s and above, but we are in our 20s and are still able to have fun. Lots of housing events and the rent is fair. The trash service is a paid amenity but is a Godsend on the third floor.
I have recommended Century Plantation Pointe to several friends.

Absolutely love it here! The office staff and maintenance staff are warm, friendly, and professional! The neighborhood is well maintained, and the landscaping is gorgeous! Very dog-friendly, with ample sidewalks for those hot summer days (friendlier on the paw pads!) and a great dog park! The apartments are spacious and very well built! Modern, yet cozy! The pool area is very serene, and the gyms are top notch! Close enough to restaurants and shops to be convenient, but far enough away to be peaceful and secluded! This is a wonderful, inclusive community! -KW

So far everything has been good. Been here for a year now. Only thing is need to work on the trash pick up. $30 a month for pick up at your door and theres times for 3 days the trash will not be picked up. Not counting Friday and Saturday. Paying $30 I would like my trash picked up.

I have lived here before and absolutely loved it! Literally most beautiful apartment I have ever lived in the staff goes above and beyond. I am planning on moving back here from Florida and I just want to say Stefanie has been sooooo amazing to me I have been back and forth on actually moving back for over a week and she has been so patient with me and has kept in touch with me and answered all of my questions as ridiculous as they might have been. She stayed late at work for me just because I had a busy day and couldnt get the info to her on time and she was still so helpful and sweet to me and it was a Friday night. She didnt even have to call me back if she didnt want to. But she did anyway which I appreciated so much. She even went to the apartment to take pics for me since I was out of state and couldnt come see it. I have never had anyone do this for me before. Im surprised there are not more reviews about her she deserves to be recognized for all that she does. She excels in customer satisfaction. I have never had anyone treat me this way before at a restaurant or store or anything and I never expected it at an apartment complex. I was seriously being a pain in the butt with calling her so much and being indecisive on my decision and she was the most patient and kind person I have ever met in my life!!! I can not wait to meet her! She definitely deserves a raise for all that she does!!!!!
