Been living here a couple of months now and I must say the area is very tranquil and I have good neighbors. This is worth coming home to every day. The maintenance is great and the area is very well kept. You take pride coming home because its maintained very clean and pretty. I hope this place remains this way. Already on June 30th this community is having a bbq, free food and drinks for all the tenants so we can meet and greet each other. I have never seen a complex community do that. That alone says alot about this place. The price to rent is reasonable because you get alot for your money. Comparing to other surrounding complex in other areas they charge a little more but the apartment is alot smaller. I am glad and If your looking for a clean and tranquil place where people actually care where they live and care for others, this is your place. This complex is only allows kitties sorry no doggies. The fee for the kitties is very reasonable compared to other places. We have all the stores and restaurants near by as well. This place is great. :)

The price is not bad. I wish they would actually do something about the neighbors who smoke in their garage. The smoke leaks into my apartment and the leasing office acts like they can't smell it. The garage door has been broken since I moved in over four years ago. It got worse over time. The leasing office keeps saying it will take 5-6 weeks to get a new one as if though that is an excuse to not get one at all while I'm living here. The maintenance guy kept making the bare minimum repairs on it but, never completely fixed the door. It eventually broke beyond repair. Had they actually ordered a new one when I mentioned it was broken the first time, a new one would have already been installed. When I went into the leasing office the last time, they said there were no other requests put in for it other than the one I had put in before the time I walked in. They acted like it was the first time I mentioned it the last time I put in a request. The apartment was also dirty when I moved into it. The carpet was old, and covered in stains. They waited for me to say something about it. I don't see why they did not just replace it before I moved in. Instead of fixing the deadbolt on my door, the maintenance man just put some graphite powder in them but, not they both of them are acting up. Even the locks are looking seriously worn down, too. Also, the gym equipment is in need of repair and has been but, they don't care.
