If you want a fresh experience in your apartment search, you need to visit Elizabeth and Mitch at The Asher apartments in Uptown Minneapolis! Judgement free zone, smiles all day and good laughs. I have never experienced a more friendly and professional team in any other places.
Mitch and Elizabeth are funny, they genuinely care about their residents and they looove your dog!
The Asher is, by far, The BEST experience I have ever had in the dreadful apartment search process.
I was already going through a lot of drama in my life at the time when I came across these two. They made me feel welcome, important, and good enough during a time when I felt like everything was going against me.
I would recommend Mitch and Elizabeth at The Asher to everyone who wants to live in a community of people that feel more like friends than neighbors.

Besides wonderful management here, the location is also one of the best neighborhoods. Downstairs is the bus stop and Cub, and 5-minutes walk is Target. Moreover, it has easy and convenient access to 94 and 35W.
The third advantage here is amenities, as most of reviews mentioned. The amenities here is perfect! I cant think of other words to describe it, so I guess you want to come and see them in person.

I've been living in the Asher since July and have enjoyed it immensely! I was looking for an apartment in the uptown area that was within walking distance of the lakes, restaurants, grocery stores, public transit and the Asher fits my needs perfectly. Additionally, I wanted to live somewhere with a fitness center which the Asher also provides. In terms of the living conditions, public areas are always clean and well maintained, the building is quiet and I have no issues with sound despite being a light sleeper. Samantha and the other staff have been amazing as well and I would highly recommend the Asher!
