Seemed like a nice place to live! When we toured rooms they showed us some nice units. Be sure to ask specifics about your unit though. We have almost no windows in our entire apartment and the 1 (yes, only one!) hardly even opens. It's a nice building and the staff are friendly enough but I feel that they weren't completely open about what we were actually signing a lease for. Overall slightly disappointed

The quality of the actual apartments are far lesser than what you are shown at a tour or when signing the lease. Though they may look nice, the actual quality of everything from the furniture to the kitchen to the amenities provided are cheap and poor. The apartment is overpriced for what you pay, and I was charged many extra fees throughout the year for things like electricity from before I moved in and Comcast, which is supposed to be paid by the building, not to mention the ~$700 they required for me to sublease for the summer. They also tried to take auto payments after the lease term ended. Management only seems to care about making a profit. I would highly not recommend living here. Look elsewhere slightly further off campus for a much nicer, friendlier, and extremely cheaper place to live.

Honestly the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff is genuinely helpful and caring. Free cable// internet. Furnished. Everything in the apt was kept in working order, located right on the green line with a ton to do and eat nearby. Only cons are there are no grocery stores nearby and the couches that come with the apartments are not very comfortable. I would live here again.

So far I enjoy the very convenient location and amenities that SVF has to offer. The small cardio center is very nice to have and I'm sure I'll use it even more in the winter time, however there are a few pieces of equipment that don't work properly and either shake, make very loud noises while in use, or otherwise don't function 100%, which for such a small fitness center is a bit of a let down. In the apartments, everything works just fine and I don't have any complaints. It can get a little noisy at night with the Green Line passing through and ringing, but this is not something that the SVF staff can control. Very convenient location with nice perks, but definitely on the more pricy side of the spectrum for student living. Front desk hours definitely need to be improved, (preferably closer to 7am - 10pm if something arises, especially on weekends) as well as the maintenance scheduling. It took 2+ weeks to get the lower bunk lowered in my room. Very nice apartments and location can't be beat.

Front desk staff quite helpful, but front desk hours need to be extended. The residents are here 24/7 and things sometimes need to be dealt with earlier than when the office opens at 10. Particularly weekends hours would be nice to have extended. overall the apartment itself is very nice, but be sure to inquire ahead of time whats included in the lease. My roommates and I lacked a shower curtain for a while. I would return next year
