Lived here for 5 years Pros: Light Rail access Walking distance to things in neighborhood Dog friendly Venn Brewery Luxor package service Cons: Limited Parking (Street and Garage) Too many break ins (Security on premises started March 2022, only at night 9pm to 5am, 7 days/week) but no security during my time here. Not soundproof between can hear EVERYTHING! Be aware of the utilities when you sign, one month behind. Security Deposit deduction due the utilities when moving out.

We lived at Oaks Station Place for 1.5 years and had a great experience. Super dog friendly, great staff, and the limited amenities are made up for by the fact that the ones available are kept in good condition and the apartment sizes are bigger. Its close to parks and trails which are great for owning a dog and maintenance was always quick with completing requests (usually within the same day). Its right on the lite rail which makes it super easy for getting to the MOA, airport, and downtown. My car did get broken into once and there are occasionally security issues with people being in the building who shouldnt be there, but that comes with living in any city and management did a good job at addressing the issues and asking residents to follow safety measures to minimize the frequency of the problems happening. We cleaned our apartment properly when we left and got almost all of our deposit back. If we were to ever return to apartment living Id 100% look into returning to Oaks Station Place. Thank you Kay, Jess, and staff for making our time there a great experience!

Great apartment manager. The building is well maintained and offers nice amenities. Close to everything with the city transit system right out your front door. Beautiful Minnehaha creek right across the street and 10 min walk to the falls. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Right on the Light Rail station. Close to local restaurants. Local brewery in building! Food trucks available at brewery so no need to make dinner on some nights! Fast, efficient, professional handling of any issues or maintenance requests. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Truly a great location! Great staff (managers and maintenance teams have been top notch)! Great floorplan/storage for an urban complex! This has been home for multiple years! Surprisingly quiet, even as the building shares a parking lot with the Mass Transit. However, in full disclosure be sure you understand the lease agreement about utilities and how they're billed/ may be a common practice with other properties, but something to understand so you're not surprised in peak months.
