The leasing process was a fast and professional process. I filled out an application close to closing time one afternoon, and had a lease in my inbox the next morning, along with good communication with the property manager, Ashley, throughout the whole process.
I did the walk through and signed my lease, unbeknownst that the oven didnt work. No problem, turned in a maintenance request. They missed a couple days and left me a weekend without an oven when they said theyd replace it on Friday afternoon. However, the ladies in the office were very apologetic and got me two different $50 gift cards. If maintenance misses something or forgets, they are sure to make it up to you.
Appliances and floors are dated, but everything works and maintenance is usually pretty quick about things that dont. Communication throughout the complex via email notifications is top notch, even if theyre just turning the water off for a few minutes.
Its a dated community that is slowly being rehabilitated back to its prime. Ive never had any problems that have not been tended to. Neighbors are quiet, non problematic and friendly when you see them in passing.
If I were to renew my lease here it would just be into a more updated and bigger apartment.

We have been looking for an apartment in Midland and have visited a few places. We were about to give up and head to Odessa, until we walked in to Trinity Place. At the other places we visited, we were ignored until we spoke up, told we could not see an apt., or told to return at another time. At Trinity we were greeted as soon as we walked in, we were welcomed and shown an apt right away. I wish I could remember the staffs names to mention them. We will definitely keep Trinity apts high on our wish list. Thank you!

After another apartment complex failed to follow through (after working with them for a week!), I walked into Trinity Place. Raydean immediately showed me an apartment, then sat down with me to discuss pricing and answer all my questions . She let me use her computer to fill out the application and they processed it immediately l. I had my keys only a few short hours later.
Earlier in the morning as Raydean was showing me the apartment she noticed some shrubs that had overgrown a bit. She called maintenance and by the time I moved in later that day it was taken care of!
Great customer service from both Ashley and Raydean.
As for the apartment, it's clean and in great shape and for a great price (well, great price for Midland). I'd highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking.

In no means are these apartments fancy, but they are always trying to fix them and keep the grounds looking nice. The ladies in the office are very sweet, and have helped me to quickly resolve any issues I had. Overall, not a terrible place to live.

I've lived here for about 2 years now and everyone I've met, Daniella, Mariana, Raydean and Ashley, they are the best! I have been here almost 2 yrs. Staff and maintenance are awesome. Never had any problems with my apt. My neighbors have been living here from 5 to over 15 yrs and i enjoy living here. I know that they have cleaned up especially when Justin was here. Justin is so talented with making our residential living memorable. Marianna is great with hospitality of residents. I always tell my friends on how awesome it is to live here. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to renewing my contract. Thank you to my neighbors and Trinity for making this a great experience. So far ive lived here 10 months and i love it. I really enjoy everything about my apartment except i wish we had designated parking spaces lol. But managment and office staff are beyond helpful and i do believe they put 110% in to make sure people feel at home here. Its safe, and perfect for families or people living on their own as well
