On the front door to their lobby they have a sign that reads "Welcome Home, we're open" which at first glance seemed as a very cheesy thing to read but after feeling the true home feel that you're welcomed with not only with the property but the people is absolutely amazing.
I have been in communication with the office semi regularly and they have been a joy to work with every single time.
Moving around a lot for work has always made me look at an apartment as just that, an apartment but here I've actually started to feel like I'm comfortable and home.
Which is crazy to say in Midland Texas.

My husband and I have been living here for two years, and we really recommend this complex. It is a great choice to live, the facilities are nice and in perfect condition, nice apartments with high end finishes, beautiful pool area, quiet environment and friendly staff, specially Marivel at the front office

I love this place! If you like nature and taking walks around beautiful landscapes, then this is the place for you. The pool is clean, but the hot tub was nasty!!! The actual houses are nice, and they come with a surround system for your tv!!! The people below us smoke though, and it makes our house SMELL horrible! I reccomend adding a no smoking rule. I do like this place though.

Been living here for the past 6 months. Parking is a joke here. Gotta have a garage. You can find a newly built apartment around the same area for about $150/month more. I just move to midland from chicago but I guess here, The palms is supposed to be THE BEST.
