The people at the rental office were really helpful in securing an apartment at Lantower River Landing. Andre and Moreno both went above and beyond what was expected of them. They assisted me with every little detail of moving in, including explaining the upfront payment, arranging a last-minute move-in time, and staying late at the rental office to give us the keys to our new apartment. They were very amiable, highly professional, and responsive. Having said that, I wholeheartedly endorse a new system for responding to customer support phone messages. Before signing the lease on the apartment at Lantower, I made multiple calls, sometimes 3 times in one day, to the number listed on the website. The answering service personnel consistently provided me with excellent customer service and informed me that a representative from the rental office would get in touch with me. They even coded the messages as "Urgent" However, that was never the case. I never received a return call. I recommend dedicating a person to handle the phone messages from the answering service. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to rent the apartment, which was extremely stressful, unpleasant, and unsettling. Particularly because we were moving from Houston to Miami. I felt so much better once I spoke with Andre at the rental office. Andre is fantastic, a credit to your organization, and someone who should be commended for his efforts.

Just want to start off by saying river landing is the place to be, you have all type of shops and restaurants next to you, its always super clean and lots of security amenities are awesome! Not to mention Andre in leasing helped us thru the whole leasing process and managed to get us approved in less than a week. If I were able to give this place more than 5 stars I would.

I can't speak highly enough about the leasing agents and staff at this apartment. Their dedication to customer service is outstanding. From the initial inquiry to move-in day, they were efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Kudos to the entire team for making my leasing process seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend without hesitation!

Been living here for over 2 years now and I have enjoyed it very much!! Sunsets from the west tower are absolutely amazing. Mgmt staff is very nice and friendly! At the front desk Yaimara is always nice and friendly in the mornings and Ms. Bell is a sweetheart!! Having the shops downstairs is a huge benefit!!
