The house is fully furnished and ready to live in, with a modern kitchen, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. We've also set up two working stations each equipped with standing desks and monitors, perfect for those working remotely. The front patio is all yours and the backyard is shared with friendly neighbors.
We're just a short drive from Miami's best spots. Whether you're exploring Coconut Grove or shopping in Coral Gables a few blocks away, checking out the vibrant scenes in Wynwood, Downtown and Brickell, or exploring the historic Calle Ocho, all 10-15 min away. You’re at the heart of it all! Plus, grocery stores (sprouts, milams, publix), coffee shops and gyms (club studio, youfit, ghost gym) are also blocks away.
Price is $3200 / month with first month's rent and security deposit (also $3200) due at signing (utilities not included, except for internet). We love pets, but unfortunately, we won’t be able to allow them in our home or on the premises. Applicants will need to provide a credit check and pay stubs. Minimum lease 6 months (+$150/month), 12-months preferred.
