I was looking for my first apartment off the UC campus and Dallas was extremely helpful. She gave us (my parents and me) a detail description of all available unit plans, including the amenities and facilities features, followed by a fantastic tour to different types of units. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions/concerns we had. She guided us through the entire rental application process. This streamlined my rental application and made the entire process less tedious. The other staff members are also very helpful. I had a great experience.

First of all, the apartments are very well accommodated, nice, and clean. There is a lot to look at and the prices are great. Keilani (the worker that helped me around) is really outgoing and definitely answered all my questions with great responses. She was attentive about my concerns and reassured me with what they are able to do.

My roommate and I took a tour with Dallas, and it was absolutely amazing. She lives at the complex herself, so she knows the ins and outs of the entire complex personally as well as professionally. The apartments are beautiful and the people are very friendly. Dallas said that the virtual tour doesn't do the complex justice, and she was right. In person, you can really understand just how spacious the apartments are. It's amazing that they have so many events and places for gatherings so it means that people can get to know each other. I'm very excited to begin living here!

Great customer service! We were overwhelmed looking for an apartment for our first daughter to go off to college and had so many questions and didnt know where to begin. Madison was beyond helpful and answered all of our questions and explained the entire process to us in a way that we could understand. We appreciate that she took that extra time we needed to give us that comfort and understanding. We look forward to a great school year with your wonderful staff! Keep up the great work Madison.

First really simple and easy application process. The lease signing and everything was a lot simpler than I thought it was going to be so 1 star right there. The staff here is really helpful and friendly. Especially one of the ladies at the leasing office Curtavia. Shes been extremely helpful in helping me with my mail and package needs. Whatever issue I run into shes always been eager to help me find a resolution. Already past 5 stars with me for that. With the other staff I could say the same thing, overall a great experience.
