I never lived here. My mom was the manager from the early 90's to 1999. This is where I played as a child. This is where I grew up. The people I grew up with I am still friends with. There were problems, But that is exactly what you encounter in any apartments in memphis really. If you mind your own business and have respect for others its a great place to be. I loved it here!! I spent the summers and almost every weekend in one of the apartment buildings all the way in the back. My mom trusted the residents enough to leave me there without her. If its ok for me, Its ok for you.
I have been living here for a week and I like it. I haven't had any problems so far, so let's hope it stays this way.

I have been living here for approximately 6 months and so far my experience has been great. I really have to thank Ms. Pam for helping me move in a timely matter and she's really done everything to make my living here very peaceful and comfortable. Im highly impressed because initially i was a bit hesitate to move here due to the area being highly infested in crime. So far I haven't had any problems and now they're renovating the place which is wonderful!!!!!! Todd creek formerly known as northside manor gets a B+ from me!!!
