Good place to stay. Maintenance is ok. However, they are dragging their feet on replacing my air conditioner. Many fans are needed in summer months.

they will not expand there parking lot or making a spot for the dumpster that is sitting in the back drive way. when I first lived here i hit the stupid dumpster with my new car twice and the property owner said it wasnt her fault that I hit it and I was like yes it is because you leave your dumpster in the middle of the road and so me and my neighbors will hear somebody hit the dumpster 2 to 3 times a week tearing up peoples car. they have lots of open space that isnt getting used and the company will not put in more parking. the apartment also takes there time on fixing problems. my neighbors hot water heating has started leaking 5 to 6 times and so there is black mold growing on my bathroom ceiling. the place needs to be redone majorly. they also have a major ant problem that they will not do anything about.

Really have enjoyed my experience at Georgian. The owners and managers really take care of you, and maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. They're a bit older, but charming, and really the best quality-price ratio you can find near midtown. My husband and I live here now, and it's perfect.

This is a really nice apartment complex. If you want to walk your dog or play with your dog outside there is plenty of room to do such. The management here is really friendly. They really work hard to make sure that this place looks great all year round and that you as the tenant are taken care of. This is one of the nicer apartments that I have stayed in. I highly recommend this to any type of people. There is a lot of families here, as a college students. So whatever your circumstances you will fit in. This is a very active little apartment community, you will be able to make a lot of new friends here.

It is a great deal on an apartment in a great location. There are certainly problems that arise, but I have found the staff to always be friendly as they try and fix it. I pay 619 a month for a two bedroom . Not bad at all. Stop whining.
