Great location but the apartments are very old. Before moving in, I was shown a decent apartment, only to be offered on contract signing day another one that didnt even have a microwave! The appliances in my apartment are 50 years old and my heater is falling apart. When I tell the manager about my issue with the heater, he just sends someone to patch it up so it works for a few days. Thrn its back to wearing a jacket while indoors and using blankets even when sitting at the table to eat. Im moving out at the end of the lease. Be careful to announce the manager one month in advance that you want to move. Otherwise they will renew your contract automatically and force you to pay rent for 12 months!
