I lived in these apartments for five years. I never had a problem. One winter, my heater stopped working and needed a replacement. They brought two space heaters for the apartment and installed the new heater as soon as the parts came in. I've never had anything but good things to say about them. The manager, Dujon Curtis, has been nothing but straightforward with his residents. I would recommend MDI to anyone needing a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment.

I've been living here for 3 years and I never had a problem , the property manager Dejon is doing an amazing job , the whole staff is awesome ! Maintenance issues get taking care of in a timely manner ! The rent is relatively cheap for the location, best of all they allow pets !!! I definitely recommend University Gardens , you close to just about everything!!!
