Strasser Village is the best place to live in all the entire Multi-verse, Manhattan, Kansas, and the entire planet. I love it here, everyone here is so friendly, maintenance is a gem, everything is walking distance and the office ladies are great. There always so nice, so sweet, so kind, so friendly, and there always professional. Seriously make the Move to the Strasser Village Apartments here in lovely downtown Manhattan, Kansas. Its the best, clean apartments, staff is super friendly and awesome plus very helpful. Oh theres a small art case to showcase your artwork and a very cool gym on the second floor with 4 tvs and a lovely view of Manhattan, KS. Oh I almost forgot everyday I wake up to the sun shining through my blinds oh its picture perfect and perfect for a romantic like myself. Make the move to Strasser Village at 300 N. 4th in lovely downtown Manhattan, KS.

Ill give them three star just because the units themselves are very nice! Maintenance is also timely and a good conversation. But if youre looking for a good nights sleep this might not be the place for you. The road noise (at least from the ground floor) is intense. Also the leasing manager was always very rude and short with my partner and I. I think its over priced for the square footage and all the other inconvenience this place comes with. Yes it is very safe due to the several door that youll need keys to get into, but for this same reason moving in and out is a hassle. Have fun going through 3 doors and possibly an elevator while you carry in all your heavy furniture. Homeless people also regularly squat outside and near the residence, so as a woman this made me uncomfortable walking to and from my car. Its not all bad this is just my experience and some things to think about if you want to move here.
