I've lived here for 2 years and I love it! They're super cheap and they have washer and dryers. The water, trash and cable are all free. I can't hear my neighbors and everybody's super friendly. There's a pool that you can use and they keep it up to date and cleaned. They're pet friendly as long as you're respectful of your animal. If you have maintence issues they will come and fix it right away. They're military friendly and mostly military and college students live here. There's a storm shelter in every complex and we recently had to use them twice in the last year. I would definitely recommend crestwood to anybody. Plus the view is really awesome! The hill getting up to the apartments kinda sucks in the winter but there's another route you can take.

I have lived at Crestwood Apartments from January 2015-January 2017 and I got to say this place is AMAZING!! I have lived in Manhattan and surrounding areas my whole life and I've went apartment finding a lot and I got to say there is no other place to live like Crestwood apartments. The apartment comes with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer(in each unit) and a AWESOME patio AND FREE cox cable AND you get 1 month Rent free. For a 2bed 1 1/2 bath, the rent is $775. The only utility is Electric, no water, trash, or gas bill required. There is a pool that you can go to and Crestwood employees are very nice! The property manager Ashley is very respectful and courteous and always has a smile on her face. The maintenance man that works here can literally fix ANYTHING, and he also looks like Stan lee. You don't have to worry about your packages being stolen. Neighbors are awesome and you can never hear any of your neighbors when you're in your unit. You don't have to worry about snow because they shovel it and use salt on the roads. They are also pet friendly!!

Lived here for a year between 2014-2015, the staff was always friendly! I never heard anything my neighbors were doing. There's a mix of soldiers and students who live there. There were only about two times that neighbors were being loud which is almost expected in a college town. All the appliances worked well we never really had any issues living there. The only negative things I can think of is that the blinds on the window for the outdoor deck would fall off all the time for no reason and that was deducted in out deposit and one week during the summer our AC went on the fritz this caused some smoke in the apartment and killed our beta fish. It took them about a week to fix the A/C. Our heater also went out for about a week but they did supply our apartment with space heaters. All in all it was a nice place to live, they even occasionally gave tenants coupons for a free pizza.

The landlord is great! This place is very organized, provides excellent service, and exceeds our expectations. The apartments are in the BEST condition, by far, of any we checked out in Manhattan. We like the terms of our lease, which allow month-to-month leasing after a year. We would HIGHLY recommend Crestwood Apartments to Students, Military Families, or anyone! Maybe not students, it's a bit far from campus.
