Just moved in June 2018. A.C was broke and 82 degrees for GA summer heat. I regrettably moved in on a bad start. The front desk staff are ignorant and unprofessional. They said a lot of peoples A.C were out which is already a red flag for anyone wanting to come here. The got me the cheapest\smallest window A.C they could find. So while 95 percent of my apartment was 82 degrees. A few square feet of window pace was a nice 65 degrees. They took 3 weeks to fix my A.C. They said they'd have it fixed within a few days...... And just recently, my A.C has broken a second time........ So let's just say you get what you pay for.

I would recommend these apartments. I lived here several years and had an overall good experience. There were some hiccups though.
Those hiccups were them turning the water off randomly without notice and leaving it off for hours. Squirrels making a home in the attic of the building. But new management took over and those issues were promptly resolved once I brought it to her attention. The gate was many times open for weeks.
I did enjoy living here though. It was pretty quiet. Even though it's off Gray Highway, it's set back so you cannot see it from the main road. Many people don't even know these apartments exist. It was affordable and pretty spacious. They were on top of pest control so I never had to deal with an infestation (I'm someone who leaves windows open as well). It was quite safe too. Never had an issue with any crime and didn't feel unsafe. The neighborhood around it was a little questionable, but you can tell that property management screens tenants so we didn't have people who kept up crime and mess. My neighbors for the most part stayed to themselves and were quiet.

The new staff has not been returning my calls as the previous. They are supposed to be a gated community but the gate has not been fixed in over six months. The residents who moved there have complained about the lack of a gate to no avail. They are backed up on work orders. My My they need to hire someone to get caught
