Recently moved out 2 months ago. Brutally honest review here. My experience was very average. This place could be MUCH better than it is. For the rent I paid, looking back idk if I'd live here again. Better options in the area IMO. The apartments are a bit older it felt. My kitchen space was pretty small and cramped and very limited pantry/cabinet space for kitchen items and food. Next, I was on the first floor which was a BIG mistake. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, not even kidding. My upstairs neighbor was always so loud and I could constantly hear their every move. I complained multiple times, but nothing was ever done. So definitely consider this before living here because if I knew that before, I would've looked elsewhere. Again, the rent was WAY too high to have to suffer through constant noise that drove me crazy. Lastly, the gates seemed to never work correctly and the back trash compacter always seemed to be broke which resulted in large trash piles and junk near the dumpsters giving the grounds a trashy look. However, it was nice in other aspects and it worked for the year I lived there.
