Originally the Virginia Laundry Company (circa 1915), this historic building was made to last using nothing but solid masonry and concrete. Beginning in the summer of 2018, the building was transformed into 23 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments. The apartments feature stained cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, exposed interior brick walls, concrete ceilings, giant steel windows, exposed spiral ductwork, stained concrete floors, white oak hardwood floors and include a washer and dryer in every unit. There is keyless entry on each apartment door for quick, easy access. A fitness room and bicycle storage room are available 24/7 to all residents. Enjoy the newly opened public park with track and field, located just behind Virginia Laundry Lofts. We also have on-site paid parking, controlled building access, security cameras and ample site lighting. Rent includes trash removal and water. (There is NO amenity fee.)
