They had MICE and lots of them , year round- had the issue from the month after I moved in and dealt with it up until I moved out, so many people moved out due to this problem & I WISH someone warned me prior to moving in!!! They sent me a Security Deposition Disposition of merely $5,000 with multiple incorrect fees and unnecessary fees asking for it to be paid in 14 days .... (LGE backcharge when I didnt live there anymore and LGE wasnt in my name, repair under kitchen sink that they so called noted before I moved in and wasnt suppose to be counted, replace TP holder that was there when I left, dry wall repairs that they also noted was there and needed to be fixed Day 1 that nobody ever got around to because they claimed they only had one maintence person to do all of the apartments even between their sister companies such as Hunter Runs and Austin Parks) A lot of the fees they charged me for they said initially on the day I got my keys that I wouldnt be charged for them and I DID! They are super unprofessional, I even spoke with the owner Peter and he said a lot of things would be fixed that werent, and every manager I spoke with said something different from the last. The worst rental housing Ive ever encountered. All they want is money, as much as they can get! Horrible. The best thing about the place was the alarm system. Nobody took issues seriously all all. Save yourself the headache.
