Our apartment flooded multiple times, I suggested sand bags because we knew more rain was coming, they refused, gave me attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing them. So more water came into our apartment. Maintenance guy was sometimes rude and very sarcastic. Manager was rude as well. People working in the office are not always there when they are supposed to be working, one of them smokes right by where the mail is so me being asthmatic, this is problematic. Apartment had tons and tons of bugs and once it got warm, the musty smells started which made us all very sick! We moved to an upstairs and although no more flood(obviously), the same musty smells, the apartment was so dirty and disgusting, like it was not cleaned at ALL prior to us moving. Neighbor downstairs constantly banged on my ceiling saying we were loud when we were just walking. My car was shot at by a BB gun. Nothing was done. Stairs were falling apart. It's just one bad experience after another. Please find somewhere else to live. My family and I were so sick the entire time we lived at that place. There's also tons of dog poop. Apartments are outdated, old appliances and when you mention it to them not working the solution was "it's old, what do you expect, it acts like a 12 yr old appliance, etc." The only positive thing to this place is it is so close to Kroger that you can just easily walk there.

Sadly they do not allow caged ferrets. Every other complex in the area is okay with ferrets, not even making you pay a pet...

Sadly they do not allow caged ferrets. Every other complex in the area is okay with ferrets, not even making you pay a pet deposit or pet rent for them if they are kept in a cage , playpen or leash. Other then that these apartments looked really nice from the little bit I saw but for the price we would have paid for a we should have allowed us to keep our ferrets, expecially since they charge a hefty pet deposit. If asked we would have paid extra per rent our ferrets too. The only reason I am writing this review is to warn other ferret owners not to even bother considering here.

We moved here back in the Fall, transitioning from a home to an apartment. The staff was very friendly, and helpful which made for a less stressful move and transition. The Staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. The maintenance guy is also extremely helpful and super nice too, he always ensures any request we may have are completed in a timely manner. The apartments are clean, well kept, and are a good size. Its been a great experience so far! I have to say, we love the location and this area!

We have lived here for 11 months and love it. The apartments are clean, new and large, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great maintenance guy that responds quickly to any problems. Great amenities like a work out room and membership to the pool in the neighborhood behind (easy walking distance from the apartments). The only down side is the previous tenants had been smokers and the apartment suffered because of it (they tried to fix, but couldn't really do anything about it. Make my kids' ashtma flare up the entire time we lived here) Perfect for us until we're ready to buy a house.
