As far as appearances are concerned, I've seen worse, then again, my unit was 'renovated' right before I moved in. Living room has poor lighting, but is very spacious. The kitchen appliances are new and beautiful, nice pantry, but small cabinets. The bedrooms are an average size, and thankfully I had a beautiful view out of my bedroom window, maybe 20 units on the property aren't looking out onto a parking lot. The bathroom is a nightmare. There is very little storage space. Be prepared to get creative. During the last winter, there was a huge issue with the hot water. That made for miserable mornings. The laundry machine is supposed to be a huge selling feature- a washer/dryer combo, (how convenient!), but they are just as bad. They are not installed correctly (the drain hose feeds up the wall approx. 3 feet, when the diagrams show that it needs to be at ground level) so the water left over from the spin cycle can't get out of the machine. Eventually, the heating elements in the machine wear away from water damage, and you're left with slightly-less-wet-than-they-could-be clothes. Thankfully, there's a laundromat literally right around the corner. Parking has almost never been an issue, and the pool is smaller, but acceptable. One thing that I have noticed, though, is that I haven't seen the same leasing agent twice in the last 4 or 5 months. When I first came to property, there were two very, very sweet agents that I'm sad don't appear to be with the company any longer. I just signed my 60-day notice, and I'm excited to be leaving. There are definitely worse apartment complexes out there, but this one has poor management and is not worth the price tag.

I have rented an apartment at the Enclave for almost a year, and I can safely say this was one of the worse experiences with an apartment complex I can imagine. The management of the apartment complex is HORRIBLE. Twice I received nasty-grams on my apartment door on the 2nd day of the month telling me how I was in violation of the lease and how they were going to take legal action if I didn't pay my rent asap. Keep in mind I was told I had seven days from the beginning of the month to pay my rent. Now, when I went in to the apartment complex 39 days before my lease is up, the property owner told me that I had to give 60 days notice of vacancy and that I would be responsible for rent and utilities until the end of the 60 days. If this were the only thing the apartment complex management had done that was nasty, that would be one thing. However, they have always been quite to stick it to you. I highly advise that you find another apartment complex.

This is by far one of the worst places I have ever lived at due to a number of things: 1) These "new" improvements are just a scam. Everything is poorly designed, just a cover up, its NOT EVEN REAL HARDWOOD FLOOR 2) There are bugs everywhere, I have made multiple requests about the bug infections and there have yet to be any changes (I've been here 10 months).. 3) Hot water has been inconsistent for the last 2 months!!! They have an "engineer" working on it, if I am paying 800 every month on time, my hot water should be working just fine without any problems 4) They're sticklers about everything and bay far just the worst customer service I have ever seen. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T LIVE HERE. IT"S EXPENSIVE, DIRTY, BUG INFESTED AND THEY WILL SQUEEZE EVERY PENNY OUT OF YOU.

They present and advertise like 5 Star but if I could I'd give them less than a 1 Star. - NO HOT WATER for over a month. - They closed the office but still charged a late fee. How was I suppose to pay and they closed the office without notice!!!! There is not a drop box! - The hardwood floor is cheap wood looking vinyl. - I have to run an extension cord from my bedroom to the bathroom to blow dry and hot curl my hair because instead of fixing the outlet they just covered it up which I was told is out of code. - The floors creak - There are lumps under the carpeted areas. - There is only one area for tenants to put trash and it stays run over. - Maintenance is slow to respond - Some blinds don't work right - We have to walk in mud to get in the building because of the lack of landscaping in our building. - Only some outlets in the living room and bedroom work. - I was promised a gated community upon move in. A year later is still not gated. - I was promised a club house and pool. A year later there is no club house and no pool. There is a blue hole in the ground full of debris where a pool used to be. I could go on and on but I think you get the message. They will show you the model units which are nice. It's not until you move in that you discover all of that is just a front!!!!!! Run away from this place as fast as you can!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE!!! Still having issues with the water at this complex in January 2015 and not providing hot water to the residents. Several repairs have been made, according to the office staff, but it is such a consistent problem. Please take the warnings posted online seriously before you consider renting at this complex. If I could rate below a "one" star I would! Don't let the picturesque images you see online fool you, this place is highly over priced and lacks in many ways. The water has to run 10-15 minutes solid in order for you to get a hot shower, unless you wake up at the same time as the rest of your building and someone else has waited that time. Its true the water is included but it is highly wasteful, inconvenient and increases your energy consumption which is something you pay for. If you take a closer look inside the apartments, you can see how slapstick and unprofessionally the remodeling was. The door in the apartment I have looks like someone had busted in before and there is little to no insulation in the half bathroom and walk-in closet. In the event of an emergency for maintenance, don't hold your breath that the call will be answered--most often going to a message from Verizon saying the subscriber can't be reached. The maintenance team is incredibly helpful when they do arrive, especially the manager, but it is not enough to rate higher when you have brackish water backing up in all toilets and your bathtub. Before you get tricked into renting with the promise of no rent for a certain time frame or $500.00 move in referrals, please look at surrounding complexes that are more moderately priced. Also places that offer all the amenities they have listed on their website and have office personnel that at least act like they care when there is an issue with your apartment or the complex in general. I posted a similar review on Yelp but for some reason it does not show up, hopefully this one will reach some people who are in the decision making process and stir them elsewhere.
