First and foremost, I will start by saying that I cannot say enough good things about this complex.
Joe and the staff at Preston Gardens are fantastic.
I've actually lived at Preston Gardens twice, and I came back because my experience the first time was so great, and because I wanted to live somewhere that, as a young female living alone, I felt safe.
If you're looking for an apartment complex where you feel as though your rent is not only going towards the roof over your head, but towards a management that takes care of, watches out for and genuinely wants it's tenants to have a great experience, Preston Gardens is the place to be.
And of course, the apartments are top quality, well maintained, and the landscaping is always taken care of. Plus the location is great.
Honestly, how many complexes are there in Louisville where the property manager comes out in the snow to help tenants scrape off their windshields in the dead of winter???!! Zero! Preston Gardens is a renting anomaly and I couldn't have asked for a better place to live.
