Do your research and don’t ignore the negative reviews like I did!! HUGE MISTAKE moving here!! Cheaply built, very poorly managed and cost an arm and a leg to be miserable and uncomfortable. Not at all “pet-friendly”! Not sure if it is the management or “community” but there are constant complaints. Not to mention poor and unfair management. Definite preference to certain residents. We were also told that there would be no one living underneath us if we paid more to get the unit with a garage on the first floor, which is the whole reason we chose this complex. We wanted more privacy and seclusion. The leasing consultant somehow did not know that was false and we know have to deal with complainants over literal footsteps from our dogs walking too loudly up the stairs. Not at all comfortable living. Management doesn’t value all the guests and their feelings, just some over other. Paying this much for rent is already not ideal, but paying it and being miserable and uncomfortable in your home and harassed everyday makes it even worse. I do not recommend at all!! Don’t be fooled by how ideal and peaceful they try to make it seem on the tour. I had less restrictions and constant supervision and nagging in my dorm as a teenager. View Less

While I agree that most places are what you make of it, If you keep to yourself and stay inside your apartment then sure it can seem like a nice pretty place to live. However, management makes move ins, move outs and any simple request absolutely miserable. When moving in i walked into my apartment and it hasn't even been cleaned yet. There was actual poop smeared all inside the toilet, it was repulsive. Under the sinks had heavy chemical stains and goopy mess. The walls were not fully painted and the porch had cigarette butts and dirt all over the ground. We had to wait a full day for a cleaning crew to come by and basically just wipe over things. I did most of the cleaning myself. Had to wait even longer for someone to come repaint the walls and patch up the corners of the carpet that were not laying down. Any maintenance issue while living here took ages to be resolved if it was even fixed. The kitchen appliances are a joke for as much as you pay. I could rip the sink out of the counter with my own hands and the disposable barely works. The water pressure and heat is a joke. The water heater is so small that you can only shower for about 5 minutes before the water is ice cold. I called maintenance and basically they said to take faster showers because the water heater is too small to have lasting hot water. You cannot do laundry and a load of dishes at the same time because water will barely trickle out. On another note, I have been trying to call the office multiple times for 4 days now in regards to my move out and even went into the office to ask and was told I would be called back first thing Sunday. Well, here we are on Tuesday, still trying to call with no one picking up or returning any of my important voicemail messages. This apartment complex is NOT worth the insane amount they charge you for the teeny apartment. Don't let the stainless steel, granite and pretty exterior fool you. This place is no better than anywhere else. Absolutely everything you need or request seems like it's the BIGGEST hassle and management quickly gets a HUGE attitude with you over anything you call about. The rudest humans I have ever met. 10/10 do not recommend.

The property has taken a dramatic decline since they completely changed their staff. Third GM since we moved in about 8 months ago. The property had a luxury feel to it, now it seems unkept and no longer feels like Im getting much bang for my buck. Whats up with the landscaping? MOW THE GRASS! Get the weeds out of the mulch. Fix the gate. Fix the holes in the sidewalk paths. Staff needs client service 101, asap. I tried to get in touch with the owner of this property, was told he would return my call. Guess what? No call. Keep track of any packages left for you at the main office because not to be taken the wrong way, but its not their responsibility to send even a quick email letting you know. Really? What happened to common courtesy? I cant wait to get out of here.

I have lived here a few months now and love it! After reading some of the other reviews for this place I think people exaggerate about issues that they have had. I live on the first floor; my apartment is always warm and my electric bills are always low. Same goes with my water bill, it is always very affordable. Maintenance does a great job keeping everything clean and the VIP trash service is so convenient. We have only had one maintenance problem and that was fixed very quickly. The office staff is helpful, there's plenty of parking, and it's pretty quiet for an apartment. I have loved living here and would highly recommend it to anyone! I looked at A LOT of apartments before moving in and this one has all the amenities that I wanted for a very reasonable price!
