I am really grateful to get an apartment here. I was desperate because I had to leave my other place and I had a family to take care of. Thanks so much Mercedes for all your great help without your commitment and responsibility to help us it wouldn't be possible I also appreciate the way your had to deal with my previous landlord in order to get the information you required to make me pay a lower deposit. Me and my family are in debt with you. That's why I am bringing my relatives and friends to live here. I hope everybody can understand this message. This place is great. The office ladies are always so kind and willing to do whatever it takes to help make your experience great. I can't thank them enough! I always feel safe. Which is huge for me. I know a lot of other places I have lived, maintenance took forever to respond. Not here. They are always speedy quick to come if something goes wrong. They are 24 hours! There's nothing bad to say about this place. Thanks Eleven Oaks Apartments crew! Thanks especially to Merideth in the office!

I am a current resident and am partially disabled. I went through the application process and was approved, in spite of my disability and disability income. This alone was a huge blessing, as many property management have no controls in place to be able to qualify and offer safe and decent homes to people of this demographic. Mercedes and Meredith; the Managers of OUR community, were NOTHING but personable, accommodating and super professional. I truly fear that OUR community could very ell not be the golden community that it has become, without their leadership. Meredith demonstrates that she is intimately vested in the controls, delegation and governance of OUR community. Mercedes implements tenacity, a strong sense of urgency and an easy passion with her dedication to the management of OUR residents, support staff and new, prospective residents. Save for one ongoing issue with my toilette, lol. I am very pleased with the safety and security of OUR community. I truly feel that under their leadership and resolve in dealing with the ownership. OUR community could soar to veny better heights, ratings, amenities! It definitely does not seem as it would be adverse to that, while these two amazing ladies are at the helm! Along with the leadership of their executive manager, Carla. I hve no reservation in speaking for the rest of OUR community in proclaiming that this team of ladies, may very well be the best property management team in Kentuckiana!! I am a retired federal and multi-state licensed Mortgage Banker of 17 years for Lendintree and other financial institutions. I am a very BIG believer in customer service, promise and deliver BIG, always be closing and living kick-ass, maximized days in business!! Strongly consider OUR community for your next home and enjoy meeting our incredible management team!!

Ive lived here several years now. Meredith in the office is ALWAYS helpful and informative. She treats her residents with respect and her crew follows suit. Brian in maintenance is quick to respond and thorough completing repairs when necessary. I would recommend Eleven Oaks to my friends and family.

This apartment complex is one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. I have seen water bugs almost every month now even when they come in and spray. Their one bedroom apartments are extremely too expensive it is plus you have to pay for your rental insurance. I am paying almost $600 for a one-bedroom apartment. Not to mention this is not the best area to live in. You do not have central air you have one air conditioner unit that does not cool the whole home. The management seems as though they are careless about how you feel. The only thing that's good about this apartment complex if the maintenance people they work very hard and the lady that cleans the apartment complexes but other than that these apartments suck.
