I'm leaving this review because I left a package to be shipped to walmart for a return which was a 55 inch TV and this location lost it and I find out after 3 months from walmart that they did not recieve the item. This kind of service in unacceptable and there is not formal complain system that I was able to go through for this issue. I suspect one of the employees stole my package or something along the lines of that. I would stay away from this location if you have any valuable packages.
Use FedEx alot. They are friendly and professional.

Parking can be a pain in the ass. If your traveling South on Robertson your better off parking across the street from the fedex drop off location rather than taking a chance trying to park in the structure. Usually 1 employee on the counter so don't be surprised if you have to wait. I just opened an account and just drop my parcels off. The employee does a very good job it's the ignorant customer causing the delays not having the tracking information or not knowing what services to use.

When you try to call them and find out the specific reasons, they refuse to give any useful information and send you to the corporate number.
They are the Nazis of the shipping industry. Incompetent and arrogant.

Great customer service at this location - the lady that helped me could not have been nicer. Took all my stuff, let me leave, packed and shipped everything and sent me an email with tracking info - everything charged to my account. Everything arrived on schedule and without issue. The only negative is that the parking at this location is ridiculously difficult. I had to park a block away and carry a ton of stuff on a cart because there were no available parking spots.
The two ladies that work the counter until closing are very nice, friendly, helpful and take care of business

So Apple have delivered my package through Fed Ex, I missed the delivery date twice, never signed for them (obviously), I call to reclaim my package and they said that it was a one shot delivery. Funny thing is that Apple has proof that Fed Ex delivered my package to them since I missed the delivery date and then Apple shipped it back. (Weird). But Fed Ex says that it was a one shot delivery. LIES!!!! Apple requires a signature but Fed Ex doesn't (WTF), because their bosses gave them the ok to drop off the package (lol). Horrible experience, there's conversations recorded about the 2 attempts delivery but now according to them, there was one haha. The one shot delivery lol. That's enough of my venting today. Have a good day everyone!!!!

The drivers at this facility are horrible about trying to contact people through security gates. I've had to go pick up 3 packages at 3 different times when I've been home waiting all day for said package with no missed calls from the front gate. UPS drivers try to call our regular phone from out front before just leaving a door tag. Much much better service.

This Fedex was supposed to deliver a package that had been painstakingly set up to be overnighted with a saturday delivery. The package contained live fish and animals. I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery.
They never came. So by the end of the day I call the shipper get the tracking number and online it says they attempted delivery at 10:30AM. I was definitely home, waiting at that time.
They never left a note, so I had no way of knowing that they'd come (if they did ever come). Now the animals are stuck at their shipping facility, which is closed on Sunday, and they refuse to let me come and get them.
All the animals will be dead by monday. What do I do? They are cruelly causing the death of these animals--first by failing to deliver the package, now by holding it at their facility and refusing to let me come get it.
No one I spoke to on the phone remotely cared at all that the animals would suffocate in the packages. I don't care about reimbursement, but I want to be able to pick up the animals tomorrow so they don't die.
Evil, lazy, apathetic assholes. Will never use this service again, and I will publicize that they kept the animals and refused to let me pick them up until they were dead.

There were three women working, two at the computers and one was running back and forth getting packages. All three of them were calm, polite, and on point. They worked really fast to get everyone taken care of, and I was out of there in 15 minutes with my box! Unbelievable. This was the only time I've ever been to this ship center, but I have to compliment them.
