Pets are welcome, but must be disclosed ahead of time. This includes the type and number of pets. A small fee may be added to cover any additional cleaning expenses.
Hosting events of any kind require prior notification and permission. Generally, we do not allow events, but small gatherings may be considered.
Smoking is only permitted outside, away from open windows and doors. If there is a need to remove the scent of smoking from inside the property, an additional fee for cleaning and time spent will be charged.
Utilities are negotiable.
