Shared space with the owners and another gay couple (4 total). Great house in a fantastic location in North Long Beach. Access to freeways and shopping is very convenient. The House interior is recently remodeled and features modern comforts including hard flooring, central AC/Heat, newly replaced windows, solar panel electricity, laundry, spacious kitchen, and smart home gadgets.
The tenant may use the shared bathroom with full use of the common area and back yard. Spacious backyard and deck with plenty of room to lounge and eat. Backyard features an always ready and clean hot tub, and shady lounge space with firepit. Street parking is available but not assigned. The owners and tenants already have one dog. No new pets. No smoking inside the house.
Owner pays for electricity, water, gas, sewer, trash, front lawn gardening, and wireless high-speed internet. Parking is on-street only. Street sweeping occurs on Tuesday and Wednesday from 8-12 and the sweeper is almost always there at 8:15. Gay male-only household as all tenants are nudists and get along very well together. We expect the tenant to be clean, help with maintenance and cleanliness, and to be respectful.
