Nice staff however, my apartment wasn't move in ready. Many things needed to be fixed. Apartment was also dirty. The painter was still painting when I first walked into my apartment which delayed my move in process. Very cheap paint on my daughter's bedroom wall, the paint is peeling off her walls. The washers need to be properly fixed or replaced.

Thank goodness for Jim!!! I was in a pinch little time to find a place and start living and stop worrying about where will i live. I called so many apartment complexes and not one would answer or they werent taking any new renters in. The few that did set appointments for me either canceled or the apartment was already booked. So, being that I was so desperate scared as time is running out from my previous rental. I came here and Jim the new manager Michelle were so accommodating and helpful and friendly and everything the others were not. I just knew right away from the welcoming and it was past hours I thought oh gosh!! Yet, Tim stayed after his normal work hours and helped me with everything! I havent moved in yet but I already know its home! I will update next month after Ive moved & settled in. Thankful & Grateful for the property management at lakeside by far they are above the rest and Ive been to many places! Thank you to all at lakeside Lombard Im sure things will be great!
