Each application is reviewed on a case by case basis, good to excellent credit is strongly preferred. We would ideally like to see 3 times the amount of rent for income. We cannot accept any felonies on background checks, no exceptions. Any lease term shorter than 1 year will have a short term premium added and is subject to mangers approval and availability.
