There are many things to do in Lincoln, California, including visiting parks, wineries, breweries, golf clubs, pistachio farm and a casino resort. The property is in the Lincoln Crossing Community. The property is walking distance to shopping centers, groceries, banks and restaurants. It is 0.5 miles to highway 65.
We are looking for a respectful and responsible male roommate to rent a room in a 2650 sf, 4-bedroom, and 3-bathroom home with central AC to share with two working male professionals who are respectful, quiet, communicative and clean.
There are currently two (2) furnished bedrooms available to choose from. Rent includes ALL internet, utilities, washer and dryer and full use of kitchen with dishwasher, furnished family room, living room, bathrooms, yard with patio furniture and BBQ. Cleaning person and yard maintenance included- but you are responsible to keep your room clean and any use of common areas. Refrigerator will have assigned space for each tenant as well as a kitchen cabinet/pantry. You are expected to clean all use of appliances, platers/utensils, etc. including use of BBQ/Smoker. Shoes are not allowed indoors, but shoe storage/cabinets will be provided.
No pets, no smoking/vaping and no marijuana per FEDERAL drug laws. In respect to all roommates, no loud music or drums.
