Best place EVER!!! Best staff, great community communication and activities. No problems with my apartment that I can remember. In fact, my son is now 21 and will be living on his own and he said Park Edge!

My favorite apartment complex ever! The staff here is amazing and so personable. It was the same staff the entire 4 years I lived there (not just college kids rotating in and out). Very knowledgeable and always got back to me in a timely manner. Maintenance was handled very quickly. No issues with neighbors, nothing major broke down, clean, family friendly, dog friendly. Would have stayed here for forever if I could!

We absolutely love living at Park Edge. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are many community perks such as the Garden (where you are allowed to plant your own vegetables and herbs), the community lunches, the LuLaRoe parties and the PetMobile Spa. The maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this community to any of my friends or family.

The staff at Park Edge go above and beyond and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Felicia and Samantha.
I lived there for a year, however I discontinued my lease due the actual apartment. While spacious, there was a constant stream of spiders from the wooded area behind my apartment (8151-4), centipede type bugs, and massive flies that entered through the air vents. I was never able to enjoy my balcony because of copious amounts of dog poop in the area behind my balcony. There is also little to no natural light in that particular unit, so it's quite dark.
The staff were very responsive regarding the dog poop, however, the pests could not be controlled due to a half inch opening between the bottom of the door and the ground. They did install a new door sweep, however it still did not work as spiders continued to walk straight in when the weather was not to their liking.
I was also surprised to be charged for light bulbs, blinds that hadn't been touched, and a tub that had never been used. It was dirty because it was yet another insect traffic way. They would enter through the drain. I was also surprised to be charged for refrigerator clean out when they originally provided me one that was infested with maggots and replaced it with an unclean one (this time with no maggots).
Anyway, regardless of how I felt about the unit, the people there are awesome. Just don't rent anything on the ground level.

Yes, well, I have to admit the two years we were there, we were very happy with everything until they started to bring riff raff in who partied and messed with our satelite dish. No complaints on the up keep and garbage pickup and cleanliness. I just want to warn anyone who is moving out to take photos with dates of the apartment because they will not do a walk through with you to prove how clean and spotless you left it, very convenient because later they claimed we cracked a mirror which was an absolute lie and charged us 200.00 from the deposit. We were powerless to their claim. They even got upset at us for claiming that one of their employees had cracked it. SO BEWARE WHEN YOU MOVE OUT THEY WILL KEEP SOME OF YOUR DEPOSIT NO MATTER HOW WELL PERFECT YOU LEAVE THE APARTMENT.

I also love the pet-friendly atmosphere (even if some residents aren't apt to pick up after their dogs at times). For the location and amenities, it is well worth the rent! Plan on staying here until I buy a house someday!
