Moved in summer 2016 while management was changing. The management team is polite and respectful. Maintenance is mediocre. The apartments need to be renovated. Cabinets are deteriorating, carpet is grimy and a/c units are out of date (expect a high utility bill especially during the summer). They have fixed the gate and cut down a few trees. Garbage bins are often overflowing. Beware that move out cost are expensive.

They treat military poorly, rude to their tenants and the apartments themselves are trash. Again, don't waste your hard earned money on this place.

The only time I spent in my studio was sleeping, yet I was charged to get my carpets cleaned anyway. That was with no spots or areas in need of TLC on the entire flooring. I even put my own carpet cleaner to the floors (unscented). Some of the staff is nice, others are terrible. I complained about the guy who lived above me multiple times about being loud and they did nothing about it Parking is terrible, and the staff doesn't do anything when someone dings your doors, except tell you that you are liable for other people. The maintenance staff is pretty good. If you own a back yard that happens to grow weeds, you are responsible for upkeep, and they yell at you when you don't take care of it. The sprinklers make puddles all over the place. Ants and spiders EVERYWHERE!

Pay the extra money to live somewhere else. I barely ever write reviews on things but dude seriously. They never fix anything here, you have to ask them a million times and watch them fix things. They say they will fix something but never do and when you follow up they always have the perfect excuse for why they didn't. The spiders. Oh my gosh the spiders. I'm terrified and there isn't enough movement in my home to make them not build. These are the biggest spiders I've ever seen in my life and they are everywhere, all over the house. I haven't been here that long, but I should have paid the extra money to live somewhere else. I cannot wait until my lease is up. I will be out of here. Over 100 degree weather and the AC never works, coupled with horrible leading office staff (the new management) and big behind spiders inside and outside.

I been living here about 5 or 6 yrs and yes they are cheap affordable apts which is the only plus because the rest of these apts seem to be a little tad to expensive. Downfall they seriously need to do a major updating, my issue is the wasp and spiders like its beyond ridiculous! Im constantly buying sprays, scubing my walls, shampooing the carpet its starting to get out of hand. There is only one maintenance guy that is respectful as well as making sure he gets the job done.... I know for a fact IF these apts get a major make over the price will do .

DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE! This place is literal hell. I have too many lists of problems I have had with this apartment/manager and I have only lived here for 8 months. First off, when we moved in out air conditioner was broken. I had left for a long time but my husband and roommates stayed here and never cared to call and fix it. When I got back, I called and it took them 3 months to even actually COME to the apartment and look at it. for two weeks they had their maintenance men here looking at things. Then they called in a professional company and it took them 8 days to come and all they did was look at it and tell me what I already knew what was wrong with it, a leak. THEN that company never came back to fix it so they called ANOTHER company to come fix it and it took them 5 days to come actually fix it and one day when they said they were going to come, they never showed up. So I personally called that company myself to see what was going on and they told me that my apartment complex landlord NEVER PUT IN A REQUEST. While our house is sitting at 97 degrees for 3 months shes in her cool office that smells like cigarettes and dog poop. Shes a rude woman, not very professional at all. When we moved in the counters were sticky and the carpets were destroyed and I'm sure haven't been replaced in 30 years. Says its a gated community but that also looks like its been broken for 30 years. They overprice the hell out of you for rent and you don't even get a nice enough place. This whole place needs to be burnt to the ground, sterilized and rebuilt with new workers. Do not come here. Please invest your time and money else where cause you will regret ever month here, every month your here. Only reason why were still here is because were military and this is the ONLY cheap apartments affordable for military and we didnt wanna spend a lot on rent. Now we wish we actually found a nicer place. Pet deposit is $500 and the landlord has about 6 dogs and 3 cats.

We live downstairs and blast our AC during the summer and it has yet to breakdown in the 3 years we've been here (knock on wood). My only true gripe would be the carpets. They probably should have been replaced but we were in such a rush to move in that they didn't I guess. Clean pool, a lot of families and military, and the lake is nice when we take our daughter and pets on walks. Great find for the low price (2 bedroom, patio, and allows pets)
