DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They rent out to drug addicts and they claim that they are drug free smoke free place so our place but that is a lie. Everyone smokes and people are high all the time around this place. We left the place looking better than we got and and still were charged for a cleaning fee. They don't clean before a move in. The property looks like trash half the time. Our friend was nearly broke into while she was at home by other attendants at this place and was harrased daily. Please don't waste your time here

Absolutely horrible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. We lived in the apt for not even a month, when we moved it the apt. Was filthy . We had to clean it. There was grape juice on the walls, long hair all over the place, the floors were sticky. The bathroom was so disgusting. There was grime on the sink. There was still toothpaste on the sink from the previous renter. On our move in date the apt. Was not ready to even move in . The Maintenance man was still painting and the toilet was not connected to the floor there, the sink had to be replaced, there was no trimming on the walls. There were boogers on the walls. The front door didn't close or lock properly. When it came to moving out we ended up having to pay $500 for move out fees and did not receive our deposit or our prorated rent because we moved out in the middle of the month. This was a total of 1049 dollars that was owed to us. We only received 400 of this back. Do not rent from them. They will take your money. We moved out the beginning of January. Now it is the End of February and we have yet to receive our money.
