I had a break in this week, the courtesy officer came fairly quickly and was very nice but honestly after that it got kind of bad. I explained that I mustve been watched and targeted considering Im the only apartment that seems to be hit so I asked to move apartments or break my lease and was told even if you leave theres no guarantee that this wont happen again, this can happen anywhere from the manager Heidi. Thanks for those kind words after my experience. Also, Ive literally received several emails, like 3 a day over trivial things like the gate being closed, but nothing is sent out to let them know theres been a break in. Someone may have had information. If I do get to move apartments its going to cost me an extra 55-75 dollars a month for the same appt after my rent was already raised by over 50 dollars with my renewal. I lived here for a year without any real big issues outside of noisy upstairs neighbors, but when you feel violated and watched, putting an alarm in doesnt really fix those concerns. The recommendations I was given was to get an alarm system, which I will get for my next place or get a dog, I happen to have asthma so . With the price increases in rent, especially if youre a single woman, consider all of your options first before signing a lease here.

If I could pick 0 stars, I would. I lived here for 2 years. First year wasnt that bad. Only complaint I had was that they never came to replace the fridge and stove like they said they would. Second year was awful! Got noisy neighbors above us and next to us and no matter how many times I call and complain, nothing gets done about it. They say theyre sending someone over right away but nobody ever shows up. On top of that the theft is crazy! Ive twice now seen someone at night going from car to car seeing if the doors are unlocked to steal something. Ive had people trying to get into my home at night and messing with my door knob. Also the gates are ridiculous! They never used to work so they were always left open. They finally did what they considered an upgrade to the gates and now theres a pile up of cars all the time because the gates are so slow to open. If youre using the visitors gate, its even worse! They only allow one number to be called to open the gate. So if that person is busy and cant answer the phone, you just arent getting in. Needless to say, I cannot wait until my lease is over and to get out of here! Would not recommend!!

This place is a freaking joke! There are roaches everywhere! Its 1:30am and a roach just fell on me while I was sleeping in...

This place is a freaking joke! There are roaches everywhere! Its 1:30am and a roach just fell on me while I was sleeping in my bed! Ive submitted countless requests for peat control! I stayed down the street off sweetwater rd and paid $800 a month and never saw 1 bug for the 6 months I lived there. I should have canceled this lease when I hadnt even been here 30 days and already needed to submit a pest control request. I pay $1020 a month and kill roaches like im an exterminator. I personally dont have bugs but the surrounding apartments do so I might as well have them to. They come from the vents. I literally saw one come out of the bathroom vent and fall straight on my bathroom counter! This morning one fell on me while I was sleeping. I have pictures of requests, roaches. My bedroom is all white, and that goes for furniture to sheets. I wash them weekly and wipe down this place with bleach and lysol. I literally shop at Sams just to get the big 4 jugs of Clorox.that come in a pack. Still with vacuuming, spraying for pest, cleaning the apartment with no fragrance cleaners....the bugs will not stay out. Im super pissed. I signed a year lease and not even halfway through it and I honestly want out without it affecting my credit! Again its 1am so I havent been able to call the leasing off but when they open today I will be pleading to let me out of this lease and not report it. Im 21 with great credit and dont need it messed up because I cant deal with living with roaches. Mind you that I havent eaten here in 3 months. I literally have a membership at the Gram Slam car wash in Buford because I eat out everyday or drive to my parents for a meal because I dont want to add to the roaches. My grocery I bought has gone stale due to me not wanting to risk it. Right now its not a roach family but im killing them at least once or twice a week and to me thats ridiculous. I let all the other times go but tonight after jumping up scared out of my mind be I felt something hit my chest and I immediately brushed it off, look and see it running off the bed I sleep in...I cant let it slide at all. Other than the bugs, the never fixed gate, and apartment garage can that just sits in the parking spaces for cars for days....this place isnt that bad. Please dont move here. I read the bug reviews and thought just what you all are thinking... maybe youre just dirty no im not and thats why im upset. Also because I couldve stayed wherebI was or somewhere else cheaper had I known Id have bugs! Im not stating names of other complexes to get you to check them out either. I just wish I had signed a shorter lease thats all. If any of you want to stay here but think its too expensive, I will pay a portion of the rent and you cant stay here until the lease is up in July. Im willing to pay $100-$200 off the rent making it only $820-$920. Its 1 bed 1 bath with the island in the kitchen. Yes I did just say theres bugs but if youre a guy or girl and dont mind a few bugs here and there or maybe you just want to help me out of my misery, please contact me. I honestly would appreciate it.

Its been a month since every Saturday neighbors are parting until 4,5am we have 2 little kids and we cant sleep.We told the office and no change. Maintenance dont fix anything. Asked for a different dishwasher and brought a worst one. Ceiling needed to be fixed from leaking from upstairs never fixed it,but checked as fixed. Gates ALWAYS open. Card are parked in the middle part where you are not supposed to. A lot of bugs/cockroaches/lizards..... When they spray after are coming even more bugs. Cant wait to move out in Feb. 2018

I have been living here for almost 2 years now, and my experience at this complex has been a good one so far. It's a nice looking apartment and has lots of space. As this was my very first rental experience, I was definitely lost however my leasing agent, Alex was really helpful in giving me advice and making the whole process go a lot smoother. He's always there to help in any way he can which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend you go to Alex if you're looking to rent here!

So far our stay here has been wonderful. The staff are very nice and helpful. As soon as we had an issue they were quick to take care of the problem. Everything is well kept, and I have a piece of mind here considering I just moved out from a house. I would give a 5 star but I just moved in. Looking forward to enjoy the summer here. :)

Moved in about 6 months ago. I really like the apts. very nice kitchen. Office staff is great and always help me with whatever issue I have. I would recommend this apt complex. My wife and I was a little nervous with some of the reviews we read but since I been here I haven't have any issue. My leasing agent(rashad ) is great. A+++

I recently moved out of Wesley Herrington Apts and completely miss my apartment!!! I lived in the one bedroom and later transferred to the two bedroom - both very spacious I especially liked that there was lots of closet space in the rooms (even the guest bedroom) the amenities are great, the walking trail around the pool was my favorite! It's great for morning jogs!! But the main reason why my husband and I always renewed our lease was definitely the staff at Wesley Herrington! The staff was so awesome to my husband and I! All the leasing consultants in the office were always willing to help; Anna and Alex were very memorable to my husband and I they truly care about their residents! The managers Madelin and Heidi took great care of the property and the residents coming in! We loved our neighbors- quiet and definitely polite. We had zero complaints about Wesley! The maintenance took care of requests that very day if not the next day! Our apartment was immaculate - yes it might be pricy for some but trust me: you get what you pay for! It was sad to have to move out, but we were definitely with the purchase of our home! If we are ever in the market for an apartment I'll be back to Wesley!
