Though this is not a perfect place to reside, it does have a few strengths. The property manager, Heather, for instance, is definitely one of the reasons you want to live there. She responds to my inquiries very quickly and always addresses my concerns about my experience effectively. When I have a maintenance request, she almost always sends the repairmen IMMEDIATELY. I mean not a few days later, not even a few hours later. IMMEDIATELY. But don't count on my words too strictly since the maintenance crew can be busy. They are nice people too. They fix everything so quickly. Heather also moved in to our building after she knows one of the tenants are troublesome. That being said, this can be the downside of this place. Nevertheless, she has been trying her best to keep this place well organized.
OVERALL I'M VERY HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE OF LIVING ARRANGEMENTS. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU WITHOUT QUESTION AND MAKE SURE...

ITS QUIET AND PEOPLE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY WITHOUT BEING SNOOTY. A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE,I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.

All in all a good experience. Management is bilingual and even though the maintenance man sometimes takes awhile to get things done, the landlord has come and fixed small problems himself for me. The pet fee is outrageous, but the rent itself and the area is really nice, I enjoy living close to so many things. There's also a bus stop and a walking trail really close by, which I really enjoy. The building is old but in good repair and the neighborhood seems nicer now than it did 5 years ago.

There has been alot of work and improvements made to make this a nice community to live in. They stay on top of things to keep it a good and quit community. Come check it out.
