Hunters' Ridge allows no more than two pets with a combined full grown weight not to exceed 60 pounds. Pets weighing more than 30 pounds at full grown weight must live in a first floor apartment. We ask that all pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Please contact the office for breed restrictions. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet will be due at move-in plus an additional $50 per pet per month in pet rent. All dogs are required to register with Poo Prints.
