• 40.00 Cash -application fee per person/ If you need a co-signer it will be 15.00 Cash fee per co-signer.
• 600 or better credit score.
• Make 3X’s the monthly rent.
• If you are not married, we will not combine income.
• If for whatever reason you are not able to do both credit score and income you will have to get a co-signer.
• No Felonies.
• No Evictions.
• If you owe any utility companies or rental companies, those will have to be pain in-full before approval.
